Sion Hill and Summerhill Road Residents’ Association was formed in 2019 to represent our members’ views on local issues such as planning, transport, parking, pollution and anything that affects the quality of life in our area.

We liaise with our local ward councillors, neighbouring residents’ associations and others to make sure our views are heard and to co-ordinate our responses to wider policy issues and proposals from Bath & North East Somerset Council.

We are also members of the Federation of Bath Resident Associations (FOBRA), the umbrella organisation for the residents of Bath. In the absence of Parish Councils within the city, this provides an opportunity for us to influence Council decisions from a local perspective.

Committee

Our committee currently comprises:

  • Michael Maude – Acting Chairman
  • Sally Parkes – Secretary
  • Neil Barnes – Membership Secretary
  • Ian Cutter – Treasurer
  • Patricia Ludlam
