We’ve received notification from the council about an event to be held nearby in June:
“Bath & North East Somerset Council are planning an event on the Lower Lawn of the Royal Crescent on Sunday 5th June as part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations. The event is a free event, and we will be asking families, and the people of Bath to bring along their picnic to enjoy this beautiful outdoor space, whilst providing free child friendly activities. The event will be aimed at the local community, especially those that do not have access to a garden or outdoor spaces, or who’s streets can’t be closed for Jubilee celebrations. The Big Jubilee Picnic will run from 12pm to 5pm, and the activities will be set up and taken down on that day too.”
