B&NES Council has identified Sion Hill and Summerhill Road as one of seven areas across Bath to be considered for a Residents’ Parking Zone (RPZ). You can find full details of the consultation here.
Two local events are planned to help residents find out more:
- a webinar on Wednesday 18 May 2022 at 12pm (you will need to register in advance)
- an in-person event at Bath Spa University – Sion Hill on Thursday 19th May 2022, from 4pm to 8pm
We would encourage Residents’ Association members to attend these events and consider all of the implications of an RPZ, including the impact on neighbours, before giving their views. The Committee is aware of strong feelings on both sides of the argument and will consult our members fully before taking a position on this issue.
The consultation closes on Thursday, 2nd June.
